UD Las Palmas starts its preseason with medical checks for 36 players. The first scene of the preseason will take place throughout the week starting on July 6.

What happens in the preseason?

The players will hold their first work session on Monday, July 13, at the club's sports city in Barranco Seco.

The Gran Canarian club designed a preseason segment at the Marbella Football Center from July 20 to 31, where they will work intensively and play up to four friendly matches.

Who is in the preseason?

Several players with current contracts are in the process of recovery, with notable cases being Álvaro Recoba, Edward Cedeño, Ale García, Sandro Ramírez, or Enzo Loiodice.

The lineup, obviously, is not definitive because the summer has just begun with own and external radars working at full capacity.

With a current position of 5th place in Segunda División, 73 points, and 9 points behind leaders Racing Santander, UD Las Palmas seeks to improve its performance in the 2026-27 season, with 57 goals scored and 40 conceded to date.
